The controversy also relates to the idea, promoted by the President of the Republic, to allow directors to select their team (or at least a portion) of positions. “with special requirements”, as Mr. Macron named them, this Thursday. “Rethinking allocation mechanisms”
However, the idea of a “in-house recruitment” not entirely new.
