BAYC refused in every way
Some collections of NFTs, such as that of the Bored Ape Yacht Club, offer the all image rights to their holdersand this is why the latter use the images they possess to create derivative products even using it in parallel projects, as in the case of PAGAN.
The BAYCs, which contains the most influential collections given their success and the floor price of their various NFTs, are often used for this purpose, whether for restaurants, clothing, various packaging or collectible accessories.
The music industry is also showing a growing interest in NFTs, he said Eminem who spent 450,000 dollars to get a BAYC, or even Snoop Doggthe rapper who is fond of NFTs, who will especially open a dessert restaurant called “Bored & Hungry”.
Note that the issue of property rights in NFTs sometimes it becomes a debate. The collection Birds of the moon for example, which has also been successful, recently licensed its NFTs under a Creative Commons license, and some of its buyers feel hurt by this decision.
BAYCs remain at the top of the NFT rankings, both in floor price and volume traded in 24 hours, just before CryptoPunks.
